Suggest Remedy For Sore Vein Under The Tongue
Traumatic ulcer, Topical anesthetic, Topical analgesic
Detailed Answer:
Welcome to HCM dear.
Thanks for your query. I have gone through it comletely.
As far as the soreness in the floor of the mouth is concerned, it can be a traumatic ulcer secondary to trauma while rushing or from the food particles.
Nothing to be panic, consult an oral physician and get it evaluated.
Mean while you can take a course of topical anesthetics like Lignocaine and topical analgesics like Choline Salicylate. The soreness will resolve in 3days. Do saline gargling.
These are the possible diagnosis and treatment plan according to the clinical findings described by yourself.
If you can upload the images of the lesion, i can give you the exact diagnosis and treatment plan.
I hope i have answered your query.
If any queries are there reply me back.
Take care.
