Suggest Remedy For Spreading Skin Rash On Forearm

I would like to know what this is.
This might be a local allergic reaction, please provide more information
Detailed Answer:
Hello
I had gone through your photographs you have uploaded and I appreciate your concern.
Looking at your description it seems to be a treatable condition so you need not to worry.
At the outset I would like further information to guide you better
Since how long you have this problem?
Have you been exposed to any irritant either chemical or physical agent
Have you taken any medicine?
In my opinion you should take anti allergic drug like fexofenadine or levocetirizine twice daily for 2 to 3 days and apply calamine lotion or powder locally over the rashes.
Please feel free to ask for floor up question with Answers of my questions, so that I will.be able to tell you more accurately.
Best wishes

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome again and thanks for the details
Looking at your detailed description, this rashes might be related to contact dermatitis or allergic reaction
Please follow these guidelines
You should not stop repace 25 as it is used for hypertension so On stoppage of these medicine your blood pressure may shoot up.
Since you have history of exposure to chemical for car wash so there is a possibility that You might have developed contact dermatitis with that Chemicals
If you don't get any relief with anti allergic drug and calamine lotion, I advised to use in my previous reply, than you should see a dermatologist for physical examination and further course for action
Hope this answers your question
Best wishes
