Brief Answer:
need to have a stress test
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question. If you have all the warning signs of of heart disease, chest pressure, shortness of breath, radiation of pain to left arm/neck, sweats, anxiety and palpitations, then you need to have a stress test done on your heart. If you smoke it would be good to quit. If you are overweight it would be good to lose weight. It is best to control your cholesterol and blood pressure into the normal range. If you have a stress test on your heart an it is normal then you can relax and work with your doctors to figure out what is causing your symptoms, if it is not your heart.
