Suggest Remedy For Swelling In Anus And Hemorrhoids
Question: I've had hemorrhoids since my first pregnancy and now worse since my second pregnancy, but the past few days it seems like my whole anus is swollen and purple in color. Could it be more than hemorrhoids?

Looks like they are hemorrhoids. Pregnancy is known to worsen them but usually not much to worry. Get yourself examined once by a doctor
If hemorrhoids are confirmed then can try following things
- Avoid straining for stools
- Take high fiber diet
- Take plenty of water
- Can take some stool softeners like isapgula husk after consulting your doctor
- Local ointment to be applied before defecation will help to ease pain.
- Can try sitting in XXXXXXX warm water to reduce pain and swelling
All this will help you in long run
Hope this answers your query

Can attach a picture if you like.
There is a link to attach file on the right side of the screen.
If you have trouble with that, you can email the attachment to YYYY@YYYY and ask the CRM team to upload the files to QueryID 207616 (that's THIS QueryID)
