Brief Answer:
Needs more details for a proper diagnosis and advising treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC.

I have gone through your query of having swollen inner side of cheek which is painful and pain reduces on taking medicine.
There can be a few common causes for it like Traumatic cheek bite, inflamed minor salivary glands, ulcers etc.

Please reply the following questions so that I can guide you better towards proceeding for treatment.
1.Since how long is swelling present?
2.Is the swelling increasing or is persistent?
3.Did you accidentally bite your cheek while eating or speaking?
4.Did you get any anaesthesia injection for any dental treatment recently after which this happened?
5.Do you have tobacco chewing habit?
6.Is there burning or pain in that area while taking food?
7.Is the pain always present and is there is redness also present in that area?

If possible kindly attach pictures of the swelling..

Waiting for you reply.

Thanks and regards.
