Brief Answer:
Multiple causes, need evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Swelling in right foot at the age of 95 with no prior history of trauma is likely age related and nutritional. Heart weakening like congestive heart is very common at this age and the medications you are on vouch for that. Furosemide is a diuretic also called water pill and losartan is blood pressure medication. Another possibility is of dependant edema which is also common due to prolonged sitting, dangling of legs or standing. Keep the limbs elevated, wear compressive stocking of the foot and continue the use of medications. Get the limbs testes though for any pathology like local swelling, renal functions evaluation etc and see what comes up.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
