Question: My arm is swelling up from the elbow to 1st quarter of my bicep. I have injected meth. At what point or signs should I go to a doctor or emergency room

i've done it before although only for about a month I do not think it's an allergic reaction but I'm not a doctor

Hi again. If the swelling in not progressing and there is no flushing and itching on your skin of the arm, then most probably was a broken vein.
Put some ice on swelling area and put your arm in rest. You should consider ER visit if symptoms don't regress.
