Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
I'm Dr. Sudhir Kumar,
After going through your query I concluded that you may be having inguinal lymph nodes enlargement. There are many causes of lymph node enlargement, most common is infection of genitalia, groin area or lower limb (leg). For pain relief you can take analgesic such as ibuprofen. Other possibility is mild cellulitis. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.
I want to ask few question to you.
1.Whether you have fever?
2.Whether you see any visible source of infection such as boil?
3.Whether you got injured any of your leg recently?
4.Whether both groin are swollen and painful?
Waiting for your follow up query and further clarification if any.
Wishing you good health.
Take care.

2-THERE IS BOIL IN THE SAME AREA ITS LIKE GOAT
3-NO
4-NO ONLY RIGHT SIDE GROIN IS SWOLLEN
SIR IS THIS THING MATTER OF SERIOUS
CAN U SHOW BY PICTURE WHICH AREA WE CAN SAY GROIN
It is due to boil(infection)
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome back
After going through your query and follow up query I concluded that you have boil in your right groin area. So swelling is due to boil and cellulitis around it, may be associated with lymph node enlargement. Your temperature is between 98.6 to 99.3, it is slightly above normal, I don't consider it as fever. It may be due to boil .It is generally accepted that normal body temperature ranges between 97F to 99F.
Groin areas are the two creases at the junction of the torso with the legs (thighs), on either side of the pubic area (genitals). I am unable to show you this by picture.
It does not seems serious to me because it is from one day only. When boil will heal swelling will subside. You can take a short course of antibiotics for it. Vitamin B and C help in resolving it. As already discussed you can take ibuprofen for pain relief. You can discuss with your Doctor about it.
Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.If you have no clarification then you can close the query and rate the answer.
Wishing you good health.
Take care.
