needs further information and tests

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can guide you through the management.
One, I dont think its related to menses.
The armpit has a area called breast tail.
So we will have to consider as a breast lump till otherwise proven.
Is the selling hard or soft?
Can you move the swelling?
Is it easy to dip a finger in it?
You will need to get a ultrasound and mammogram done to confirm what the swelling origin.
I suggest that you get the 2 tests done.
Let us know the reports of the tests so we can further guide you.
Best of luck.
