Brief Answer:
You have developed infection of foreskin (Posthatitis)

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query.
Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have long standing partial Phimosis but since last three days you are unable to retract your foreskin and there is deposition of smegma over glans penis underneath the foreskin and foreskin has swollen .

This is mainly due to infection of foreskin (Posthatitis) secondary to partial Phimosis .
In view of long term complications and sexual problem that you are likely to face in having safe and pain free intercourse I would suggest you to consult qualified General surgeon for clinical assessment and get circumcised .

This is a simple surgery done under local anaesthesia as a out patient procedure and offers permanent cure and helps to have enjoyable sex for rest of the life.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you.
Thanks and Regards.
