Suggest Remedy For Underarm Rash

Question: my sister got this strange rash under her arm. she claims she hasn't used no new deodorant, perfume or detergent what could have caused this? what is this. she said its painless

I have seen the picture you uploaded.

Does she feel itching or burning sensations over the armpit?
Does she sweat a lot under armpit?
Since how long she noticed this rashes?suddenly?

It can be urticarial rash or contact dermatitis or heat rash or fungal infection but without complete medical history and examination I will not be able to come at a certain conclusion.
