Suggest Remedy For Vision Issues, Drowsiness And Confusion

Agree with the treatment.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I have noted your daughter's symptoms and they are suggestive of acute central nervous system infection such as encephalitis (brain fever). In addition to spinal tap, MRI brain would also help in confirming the diagnosis. EEG should be done to exclude any seizures. Also, anti-epileptic drugs may be added to prevent any seizures.
She would improve with the current line of treatment and I agree with that. Reduction in WBC counts is also a good news.
I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.
Wishing you good health,

Spinal tap would confirm.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.
The infection can be confirmed by spinal tap. The WBC count in the spinal tap (cerebrospinal fluid-CSF) should be less than 5, if there is no infection. If it is more than 5, it suggests in infection.
Also, the protein in CSF would be raised and sugar low.
CSF can be sent for fungus, bacteria and virus studies (such as smear, culture and DNA PCR) to confirm the type of infection.
You can directly contact a neurologist.

With treatment, she would get better.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.
It is abnormal to remain undressed and pass urine in clothes. This suggests a seizure. Low sodium can also cause behavioural changes.
Medications to prevent seizures should be given to prevent a recurrence of seizure. For a few days, she should not be left alone.
Best wishes,
