Brief Answer:
Better to consult doctor and get done clinical examination.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your friend's situation and problem.
He is having vomiting, whitish plaques in mouth and on tongue.
So possibility of typhoid or fungal infection is more.
He is also having breathlessness.
So better to consult doctor and get done
1. Clinical examination
2. Chest x ray
3. Blood reports to rule out typhoid and fungal infection.
4. Ultrasound examination of abdomen to search cause for vomiting.
So better to first diagnose him and then start appropriate treatment.
Hope I have solved your query.
Wishing him good health. Thanks.
