Question: I recently started doing exercises in order to loose weight. I have been doing some exercises involving weights. Over the next few days i have observed slight sensitivity in my scrotum area. (Prostrate area).
There is no discomfort as such, but i want to take precautions and know if exercise cold cause this?
What precautions should be taken while exercising?

The mild discomfort in the scrotal area can be due to stiffness of the abdominal muscles due to the exercise. It is not likely to be related to a scrotal pathology if there is no burning micturition or visible swelling in the area.
You can give rest to your lower abdominal muscles for a few days while exercising. Asking your trainer regarding the needed changes would be most helpful. In case the discomfort persists then do consult a physician for a physical examination and a urine test.
