Question: Im very concerned my husband may have obtained & be abusing adderall & having a psychotic reaction to it. Hes lost 30lbs, is paranoid, rageful, OCD, eyes glazed

Adderall is a psychostimulant and may be responsible for the mentioned symptoms. However without a detailed examination and blood testing, it would be extremely difficult to confirm the diagnosis. There is an anxious and excited look in the eyes.

Thanks for asking back. I have gone through the image. The pupils seem normal. The expression of the eyes is anxious in accordance to the presentations that you have mentioned.
