Question: hi sir, i have tiny white dots on my penis head. it started around 7 months ago, when i got a white dot on penis head, after 3-4 month one more appeared on penis head and then few days ago i noticed one on the shaft of penis. these dots very tiny small bumps. they are painless. some time they look like they have some liquid inside yellow or water color. what are these dots or bums? am i having some kind of infection or STD?

1 Do the lesions have any correlation with sexual activity.
i can not any thing, as my wife is not having any infection or problem. only once, after her per period when did sex her liquid had very bad odor. apart from that i dont think any correlation is there. we do protected sex 60-70% of the times.

2 do these appear at regular intervals or of their own.
first one came on head of penis in march-april. second one i got in september. latest third one on the shaft i saw few days back(last week)

3 Any correlation with the use of alcohol or strenuous physical activity.
No i dnt consume alcohol.
4 History of any infection in the partner
till now none, although she told me yesterday that she have a pimple type of thing there but she said it could because of use of pad for long time. no infection history i think.

5 Any medication taken
none

6 Any bumps or swellings in the inguinal region
i have a small pimple kind of thing in between my stomach and penis. nothing else although many massa( dnt know the exact english word) are coming on my back, chest ,waist and neck.
7 Any investigation reports
till now none
