In order to proceed further, please give me more info on following points:

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome back.
I have noted all the details and reviewed them.
It seems that it is being caused by intermittent collection of dead cells and secretions along with some normally present microorganisms in the area which is a normal process and is best held in check by adopting hygienic measures more energetically.
The following guidelines should help in such a case:
1 daily cleaning with plain water, without soap or disinfectants
2 ensuring similar hygienic measures for the spouse as well
3 Miconazole cream locally
4 Single tablet of Fluconazole 150 mg , both partners.
5 To notice and report if you experience any adverse development despite all the above measures.
6 Ensure that your blood sugar is within normal range
Wishing you an early recovery!
