Thank you
Thank you
Brief Answer:
Paracetamol (acetaminophen) is my first and only choice
Detailed Answer:
Hello, I am Dr XXXXXXX mody and I will be answering your doubt to the best of my abilities.
I did go through your previous history and questions.
I assume that the pvc you had are benign all other reports were normal.
The safest drug to take is Paracetamol (acetaminophen) 650 mg every 6-8 hours, XXXXXXX dose you should take to be free of common side effects is at most 2gms/day. This should help in both fever and headache and it doesn't increase your blood pressure
Fever should be controlled either through medication or cold sponging as fever itself can cause increase in palpitations due to ectopic s.
Regards

Hi doctor thank you for your time. I have 1 more question. I am scheduled to get a tatoo tomorrow. I have occasional etopic beats but a structurally normal heart. I was wondering if this would affect my heart. The tatoo artist says it is fine but I wanted to consult you. The tatoo is in memory of a family member that is why I'm having it done
Brief Answer:
Do go ahead with the tattoo. All the best :)
Detailed Answer:
Ya getting a tattoo should be fine.
For your pvc, just let the artist know to give you adequate local anesthesia, so the process is pain free, as activation of pain receptors may increase the adrenaline in your body which can increase the pvc 's
Also by all means make sure that the instruments and needle are unused to prevent any transmission of infection through blood
Last something on MRI compatible XXXXXXX in future if you need mri for any investigation many a times tattoo plays a hindrance due to the ink used in not compatible and may cause burns latter on.
All the best and take care
