Question: Hi i would like to know about the skin whitening pills and which & what kind of pills can i take as one of my friend is taking glutathione pills orally and he got fair skin than before so my question is what kind of skin whitening pills i can take & does it cause any kind if side effects . Skin whitening pills contain glutathione and vitamin C.
The dose is 500-1000 mg once daily for a 6 months to 1 year duration. They definitely cause lightening of skin colour and are not associated with much side effects.
The only drawback is that the effect of these pills fades away gradually after stopping them.
You can also consider taking glutathione pills.
