Thanks for the query.
Minoxidil is the best treatment available for hair fall.
Continue with it for at least 6 months.
In addition take tablet follihair daily one tablet for the same duration.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
This will help me in giving a closer diagnosis and better way of management.

Thanks for your reply.
I am already using minoxidil 10% solution. Due to it my hair become very rough and a layer of white flakes appear on scalp. It make my scalp very itchy and I have to use shampoo every day, but still it can't completely disappear.
I am using it one time a day. Because it is not manageable to go office after applying it.
My hair become very thin and density is also very low.I am attcaching few photos for same. Please give some suggestion to improve hair density.

Thanks for reply.
When I was going mesotherapy treatment, I have taken follihair for 3-4 months.
But it was not effective.
Should I continue to take this or any alternative is available.
And one more thing, what is the cause of androgenic alopecia?
Is it hereditary, because in my family no one has this kind of problem.
