Brief Answer:
Lifestyle / Dietary changes and medications are needed.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
1. You should try to decrease the amount of alcohol gradually and then stop it under medical supervision
2. Take Thyroxine 100 micro grams once a day empty stomach early in the morning
3. Vitamin D 60 K supplement once daily for 1 week and then once a week for four weeks
4. Take Atorvastatin 10 mg at night after dinner
5. Avoid oily / spicy foods
After 6 weeks, you should repeat the following tests:-
1. Thyroid profile
2. Lipid profile
3. Vitamin D3
I would advise that you should first get yourself clinically examined and evaluated by your doctor and start the above mentioned medications only after discussing with your doctor.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
