Brief Answer:
Nutrient supplements and a close to active lifestyle, being the right weight

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I am sorry to hear about your MS diagnosis, but the only thing you can do to acquire a tad bit more energy are nutrient supplements.

Supplements rich in:

+Vitamin B's
+Niacin
+Folic acid
+Magneisium
+Acetyl L-carnitine
+Iodine
+Melatonin
and a host of other nutrients, all of which are available in most multi-vitamin supplements specially designed for the elderly (e.g. Revital in India), which I am sure are also readily available in your country. Apart from these, you can try your best to stay active as much as you can comfortably tolerate.

Please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications or queries, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.

HaHa, Dr. XXXXXXX ....you gave me a good laugh for the day! I don't know about my face being "cute" at this age! I am grateful for the life I have led, the adventures I experienced, and the love of my family through the years. I have no complaints.
