Suggest Supplements To Help With Anxiety And Panic Attacks
Question: What are some good vitamins/supplements that you can get that help with anxiety and panic attacks and also boosts a postivie attitude? I had a bad reaction to Lo Loestrin FE after taking it for a month and it brought out a lot of anxiety and some depression that I would like to take care of so I can make it through a day without panicking.

Im mentioning some naural supplements which are very helpful in anxiety and depressive conditions. These can be found in various multivitamins according to ones country -
1. Inositol
2. omega 3 fatty acids
3. green tea/ green tea extracts
4. milk- has serotonin
5. yogurt and probiotics
6. nut- espically walnuts are good for mind
7. sprouts - either raw or boiled, are highly nutritious and have calming properties.

Do any of these mess with medication? I currently take Flownase, Patanase, Zyrtec-D, a dairy digestive supplement. On an as needed basis I take Metclizine, Phenegran, and Attivan .

Can they also help with nausea?

Hello,
Nausea is relieved by apples, espically when taken in morning hours or sometime prior to the start of nausea. among all the fruits, apples have antinauseating properties +as well as there is some reduction in ghabrahat and anxiety). One can repeat the comsumption after 6-7 hrs. It is quite helpful to an extent.
Even nausea and anxiety of early months of pregnacy is helped- as meds are best avoided at that time.
Apart from this , one can take mirtazapine as an antianxiety drug- this has an inherent antinauseating property. It is quite effective in controlling nausea.
