Penis size is natural. it varies according to age, race and physique. In flaccid normal state range is 1.5-2.5 inches and in erect state it is 3.5 to 6 inches. No specific size that can be called normal.

Only 3 inches of female vaginal wall is sensitive for sexual stimulation. So in erect state 4 inch size is almost sufficient for sex.

There is no medicine which can increase penis size permanently. 5-PDE inhibitor group medicines can increase size for short duration when there is erectile dysfunction.

Multivitamins containing mecobalamin,mefolate and pyridoxal phosphate may help slightly.
If any specific size problem, surgery is indicated.

At present from medical science point of view, there is no proof of any non-surgical technique that permanently increases either the thickness or length of a normal penis.
There are lots of herbal preparations available on internet claiming that it can increase the size permanently.But none of them has been proven scientifically.

If you are able to get enough erection without any problem,low dose PDE inhibitor group of medicine like sildenafil or tadalafil may help to increase penis size during erection.These are prescription medicines and you need to consult doctor/sexologist/psychiatrist to take the same.It should be taken 2 hours before sex and may help you to get more 2-3 inches. But results can be confirmed only after using it 2-3 times only.
