Question: Hi doctor ,.
my maid around 20 years of age and is with us for last 4 years. she was diagnosed with cystic liasion year back and is taking encorate chrono 400 twice and epsolin 100 once.
at times she complaint of sleeping disorder and also her weight has increased with stomach bulging out. her menstural cycles are also not regular .not happened from last 4-5months.. can you advise test s to diagnose her for deciding next course of treatment.

She seems to be suffering from Epilepsy--I can understand from the medicines.
Sleeping disorder can be due to medication. For weight increase, and lack of periods--please test her Thyroid functions, abdomino pelvic sonography, and Haemogram and revert back to me.
