Brief Answer:
pregnancy tests detect the HCG by day 11 to 14 after conception

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible to conceive after the end of the menstrual bleeding, this would be more likely to occur 10 to 14 days after the period started. If intimacy occurs around this time, conception can occur.

In general most periods last 5 to 7 days, some a little longer.

Implantation bleeding, if it occurs (does not occur in all pregnancies) normally lasts a shorter period of time.

If you believe you may currently be pregnant, you can consider a pregnancy test, these detect the HCG hormone.
Most test can detect pregnancy by day 11 to 14 after conception , some earlier.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
