You need to visit a Government authorised center.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting the query on HCM. After going through your query, I would like to comment the following:
1. A swine flu suspect needs to be evaluated as per clinical protocol for the same.
2. Basic investigations include - Throat swab for H1N1 pcr based testing and chest xray. The throat swab is diagnostic and is available free of cost at government authorised health centers.
3. Other tests to assess complications include: complete blood count, kidney function test, liver function tests, blood oxygen saturation and sputum examination to rule out other lung infections.
I will be glad to answer follow up queries if any. Please accept my answer if you have no follow up queries.
