CT is best solution

Detailed Answer:
Hi
thank you for trusting HCM for so long time
I am sorry that Dr Saghafi wasn't able to answer you
I read your actual query and your old ones and understand your concern
Unfortunately even it is expensive MRI would give a lot of information at your situation
It will be able to see stones and spine
It might be enought even a CT scan which has more sensitivity about stones and is less expensive
In my opinion as I treat my patient lumbar and abdominal CT would be enough do determinate your situation
Sorry for the incovinience
Wish you good health and fast recovery
Feel free to ask for further questions or misunderstanding
Best regards

Brief Answer:
Hole spine CT and abdominal

Detailed Answer:
Hi
thank you for coming back
It is true that the best examination to see spine is MR especially on cervical region
CT will give less information about cervical spine but is more sensitive for calcified fragments or stones
In my opinion as I do with my patient between MR of spine and spine CT and abdomen I would prefer second choice as it is cheaper and give more information about abdomen
MR will give information just for one part of abdomen and won't explore all of it
Hope I had clarified your doubts
Feel free to ask further questions or misunderstanding
If not please close follow up
Wish you good health and fast recovery
