Question: What fruits should be consumed and what fruits should be avoided during pregnancy? Is there a diet plan for XXXXXXX pregnant women?

I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
In pregnancy you can take apple,banana, pomgranate,grapes,cheeku and all seasonal fruits.
In pregnancy you have to take 3 small and 3 big meal.
Meal contains high protein diet like morning breakfast you can take milk,daliya,fruits,curd etc.
In afternoon dal,roti,sabji,salad,curd.
