Suggest The Ideal Dosage For Arachitol Shots
Question: My vitamin D3 test is 22ng/ml. My doctor prescribe me 50000 iu for once a week for 12 weeks.
I dint want to take that because of lots of side effect. Friend of mine suggest me to take Arachitol - 6l
Injection. I am diabetic for last 14 years, on insulin. How much of a dose should i take when and how long?
I have lots of pain in my lower back, thighs and calf in the morning when I wake up. My whole body has a pain and already feel tired. feel no energy. Why this is happen? My previous question was Vitamin D deficiency.

Hello, I have studied your case and I can assure you that you need vitamin D 3. You should take 60000 unit per week for six weeks and then check again. I think this therapy will correct your vitamin D 3 level.
After that you need to take 1000 mg calcium daily.
As far as your second question is concerned I would like to suggest you to get serum vitamin B 12 testing. And if it is low then you need to take B 12 also.
I hope you do not smoke and your blood sugar is under control.
