1. while confido is a non hormonal therapy and neo a herbomineral drug of the class 'sexual stimulants' where

a. Confido tablet [himalaya]: is indicated for premature ejaculation, spermatorrhea, and nocturnal emission

Dose:
. for premature ejaculation: 1 tablet twice daily for 2-4 weeks or till symptoms are rectified
. for spermatorrhea and nocturnal emission: 1 tablet twice daily for 4 to 6 weeks or till symptoms are rectified

PS. since the tablet contains rauwolfia serpentina [sarpagandha] which you are also taking independently thus make sure it doesn't lower your blood pressure to dangerous level although chances are negligible but still be extra cautious.

b. Neo Tablet [charak]: is a non sedating,non habit forming drug indicated for spermatorrhea, nocturnal emission, premature ejaculation, sexual neurasthenia
Dose: 1 tablet thrice daily for 6-8 weeks

c. In both cases avoid: salt rich diet,alcohol-smoking-tobacco,excess physical/ mental strain

d. do let me know from which pathology you are suffering since apart from medicine dietary regime also plays an important part.

e. bd means'bis a day' i.e. two times daily.

1. Dose of the drug will depend upon the severity of the disease, i.e. is it mild-moderate or severe
PS. In mild cases: 1 tablet twice daily
In moderate cases: 2 tablet twice daily
In severe cases: 2 tablet thrice daily

2. To maintain good erection, try
. Perineal Exercise: when there are partial erections, which cannot be maintained, practice perineal exercises [i.e. strengthen your PC [pubococcygeus muscle], i.e.. while urinating, stop the flow of urine, start again, stop & start again 4-5 times and this is the same muscle that contracts for ejaculation, therefore strengthening it will give you more control during sex.

PS. XXXXXXX XXXXXXX Taila can be applied for strengthening of PC muscle and one can ask for prescription medicine like Himcolin gel [Himalaya], or HISPO gel/Oil [ADFAC LABS]

3. For good penis length, remember
i. The average size of penis is 15 cm
ii. Only the outer one third of vagina is sensitive to touch, therefore penis size is of not much importance, again massage with XXXXXXX XXXXXXX taila

1. Himcolin gel since is a topical cream thus dose is not set, and since has to applied 15 minutes before sexual intercourse [whether in months/days], thus duration cannot be said clearly as it is not an orally ingested medicine.

PS. apply gel in adequate quantity on the penis and pubic region with a gentle massage before sexual intercourse. Avoid using on the glans penis

i.     In some studies it has been found to increase the blood pressure
ii.     Some may get allergic to the gel, ,so in best interest wear a condom during intercourse, so that the vaginal canal doesn’t become irritated by the gel.

2. XXXXXXX XXXXXXX taila also is used for external application ,as such one cannot comment on the duration [in both cases person’s self response to the medicine will help decide the outcome]

3. To remain STRESS free, following points should be kept in mind:

i. Two very common features of men who consistently ejaculate rapidly are
. high sexual excitement and high psychological anxiety so for that:
- reduce the sensation of Glans, by applying Lignocaine Ointment or by wearing a condom.
- Divert the mind to non-sexual activities like sports or business matters.
- Perineal Exercise: when there are partial erections, which cannot be maintained, practice perineal exercises. While urinating, stop the flow of urine, start again, stop & start again 4-5 times.

- Ejaculation and Orgasm can be voluntarily controlled. You have to learn to recognize the sensations prior to orgasm and stop.

. Stage I: Man is advised to masturbate himself, and when ejaculation is near, stop. Allow the erection to subside. Start again. Repeat this number of times before allowing ejaculation. Practice for 2-4 weeks.

. Stage II: Learn the same with your partner. She will masturbate you near orgasm, stop when you indicate, wait for erection to subside, then start again. Repeat this a few times & then allow ejaculation. Practice for 2-4 weeks

. Stage III: Follow the same method for intercourse, initially with female superior position and then with male superior position. The principle is to stop before ejaculation, wait for the erection to subside & then start again. Practice for 3-4 months, or more till perfect control is achieved.

PS. You may consult an Ayurveda Physician for " Tantric Vajroli" which is a very easy, very effective method to have a full control over ejaculation

. Belly breathing: Lie comfortably on a bed, on your back. Loosen [if any] tight clothing. Place one hand on your abdomen and the other on your heart. Now take a deep slow breath that you can feel all the way down to your abdomen. Breathe as if you are drawing breath down through your body, into your legs and toes. This time tested exercise will help allay anxiety, increase the ability to relax and activate the benevolent energies of the parasympathetic nervous system. [duration: 10 minutes]

. In Clinical Practice one usually treat the patient on line of ": Shukragat Vata" which is characterized by a group of clinical presentations either with the impairment of ejaculation or with seminal abnormalities.

i. The line of treatment should be based on 'vrishya', 'medhya', 'shukrastambhaka', and 'vatahara' properties. You may Consult a good Ayurveda Physician or Hospital in and around your place or if interested I may courier you the medicine.
