Brief Answer:
one tbsp thrice daily but after consulting to your doctor.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HCM.

Potklor syrup contains Potassium chloride and comes in two strengths i.e 1.5gm or 3gm per Unit.

It is a prescription medicine used for hypokalemia (serum potassium less than 3.0) and should only be given on advice of your doctor.

The doctor usually recommends one tbsp thrice daily (approx 100 meq per day) for initial 2 to 3 days and repeats the blood test to check for levels.

The medicine can have have many side effects and it's best to avoid self medication. You can consult some local doctor or your GP for it.

Alternatively you can also give her natural sources of potassium like coconut water and bananas to help her maintain serum potassium levels.

Regards,
