Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I can understand your concern regarding to your mother's health.
The aspirin does not affect the blood pressure, so it is important to give her 1 daily no matter when.
To be more comfort you may give them after lunch.
Synthroid should be taken in the morning with empty stomach and for 30 min she should not eat or drink anything.
Cartia has anti arythmic and antihypertensive effect and is extended release so should be taken once daily at the same time.
Hope the information will help.
