Brief Answer:
Check your blood pressure otherwise no need to worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for asking from HCM
Diltiazem is a calcium channel blocker drug. The drug is a safe drug and in maintenance doses higher doses are even used. You have taken the dose by accident and this would not cause any serious effects except reduction of blood pressure. Measure your blood pressure and if that's normal then no need to worry. Take plenty of water and fluids.
Even high doses of 480 mg are considered as safe.
Just avoid taking accidental doses in future. ;)
Thanks, hope this helps you please don't hesitate to ask again for more information.
Take care.
