I have gone through the details. You have to take vitamin B 12 and vitamin D supplements. You can take Tab. Neurobion forte or Supradyn once a day for 3 to 6 months. You can also take vitamin b12 injections that will be 7 injections for 14 days (alternate day injections) and then take tablets regularly for 3 months. It is usually a 1-year course.
For vitamin D; you can take Dvion sachets 60,000 IU weekly once for 12 weeks. You can mix in water or milk.
