Suggest The Type Of Specialist To Consult For Hemiarthroplasty

Question: Hi,

We just consult a doctor at XXXXXXX regarding my father which he has to do a lower hip ball replacement. As i have a hometown in XXXXXXX i would prefer to get it done however if its not suggest then i can do it at XXXXXXX

As this is bit major operation I would like to know which doctor you recommend at place.
