Brief Answer:
Physiotherapy exercises for cervical spine.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being in follow-up.

I wonder why you asked exactly the same question as previously asked. However,I would like to know that whether you met some expert physiotherpist or not.Are you doing regular cervical spine exercises or not?If yes, what is the improvement?
A chiropractor's opinion may also prove to be of value.
Medicines like non-steroidal anti inflammatory medicines, antineuralgic medicines like pregabalin along with calcium/vitamin D & methylcobalamin supplementation may be of help.

Please follow-up with details.
