He is also having a little bit of heaviness in breathing, with little bit of chest conjunction. Also I forgot to mention that I am having Asthama since childhood. Is this could be sign of hereditary Asthama to my son?

If yes, how can this be diagnosed and what are further precautions and medications.

Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be asthma

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Greetings

If the respiration rate is less than 40 there is no cause for concern.
There are conducted sounds in chest usually associated with respiratory infection. Asthma does not run in families. The predisposition to allergy could be familial.
If the child has repeated such episodes which is usually associated with wheezing than the possibility of asthma needs to be considered. Assessment by chest physician will be required

Avoid dust, clean the bed sheets and pillow covers.
Follow the previous advise.

Do keep me updated about progress.

Take care

Best regards
Dr Deepak
