Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thank you for asking at HCM.
I went through your history and would like to ask more about you like -
a. Since what age do you have asthma and COPD?
b. Which drugs do you take via inhaler and nebulizer? how frequently? in what dose? since when?
c. Do you have any other medical conditions? Do you need to take any other medications on regular basis or frequently? (apart from ambeion)
d. Do you have nose symptoms like running nose, nose obstruction, sneezing, nose itching, etc?
e. Do you have any symptoms like headache, face heaviness, nausea, vomiting, burning pain in chest, regurgitation of fluid especially after heavy/spicy meals?
f. Have you been tested for allergies? What are your investigations?
g. I would like to know since when you are having difficulty in falling asleep?
Above details will help me to understand your condition better and also to be helpful in a better way.
At present, I would suggest you as follows:
1. I would suggest you to increase your inhaled medications. I can make suggestions further only after knowing which inhaled medications you are using.
2. I would also suggest you to add montelukast to your daily medications as it is useful for allergic conditions.
3. Please have light diet, adequate rest and adequate warm fluids during the day, which will hasten your recovery. A multivitamin-multimineral supplement may help in your exhaustion symptoms.
Hope above suggestions will be helpful to you.
Should you have any further query, please feel free to ask on follow-up. It will be my humble pleasure to help you with best of my knowledge and experience.
Wish you the best of the health ahead and a very good recovery.
Thank you & Regards,
Dr Parin N Parmar

and proair how can i get montelukast XXXXXXX
Incomplete history.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thank you for follow-up.
I would suggest you as follows:
1. I would agree with your current treatment with Tudorza Pressair and Proair at present.
2. If you have breathing difficulty despite using these inhalers, I would suggest you to use Proair up to maximum permissible dose limit that is suggested by your doctor.
3. I would like to mention here that from your current history, it is not yet clear whether you have allergic asthma or copd. Both are quite different disorders and treatments of both differ significantly.
4. Montelukast is used for allergic asthma but not for COPD. Please consult your doctor before making changes in your treatment.
Hence I would suggest you to give details which I had asked you in the 1st answer and also to upload your spirometry reports, which will make your diagnosis clear for me.
Wish you the best of the health.
Thank you & Regards.
