Suggest Treatment For Ankylosing Spondylitis

Question: I am 60. After chasing diagnosis since early teens, was diagnosed at 38 with Ankylosing Spondylitis. Recently, through MRI, they decided I didn't have that but when asked what I do have that is causing my pain they now say it's age. I am in excruciating pain that is making my mobility questionable. I am looking for direction. I had a Rheumatoligist and a neurologist, but now don't have anyone and I'm getting worse
Brief Answer:
Try to doing Yogas and Pranayamas everyday regularly.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I can understand the misery that you are suffering from but at the same time you have to accept the fact that pain due to ankylosing spondylitis is unavoidable as being a stiffness of the ligament of the back that restricts the movements and is the main cause for pain .
In a given situation we in advocate to practice Yoga and Pranayama for Ankylosing spondylitis and it helps strengthen the back muscles and helps to relieve pain to improve quality of life . In modern Medicine the drugs that are being prescribed are pain reliever but has many side effects and unresponsive after few months .
Thanks and Regards

I was recently told it is NOT Ankylosing Spondylitis. I am trying to find an answer that might point me in a direction of specialists now that the doctors I was working with say they can't help me because it isn't that.
Brief Answer:
Pl upload report of recent MRI
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up
It is not possible for any clinician to make precise comments ad suggestion unless he has report of recent MRI what is the pathology that is causing you so much pain . But I will still insist you to practice you my earlier suggestion of doing Yogas and Pranayama as it has proved to be very effective modality in relieving pain due to unexplained reasons .Thanks and Regards
