Brief Answer:
Bartholin's gland cyst

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
This is a bartholin's gland cyst. It can be very painful. The best treatment you can do at home is warm compresses or soaks in a warm tub to see if it will open up and drain.
It is not a good idea to squeeze it.
If it does not open up and resolve on its own then you need to see a doctor for drainage.
Don't wait too long, if it does not resolve in the next few days see a doctor for treatment
