Brief Answer:
Bell's palsy is unlikely to recur.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mr XXXXXXX

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and diagnosis. I am glad to note that you have made a significant recovery after suffering from Bell's palsy.

Bell's palsy is most commonly caused by a viral infection, named as herpes virus. It is also more common in diabetic patients.

It is more common when exposed to cold climate, AC breeze, cold foods, etc. So, it may be better to avoid them in future.

The chance of recurrence of Bell's palsy is very low, typically it can happen again only in 2% of people.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
