6) My height is 5.3 and weight is 56KG. I hope this weight is normal.
7) I do not have any habit of drinking alcohol & Smoking.
8) My weight is 5.3, but still my stomach is a kind of belly. I hope it is due to gastric I am not sure.
Now, it looks like day by day I am getting some additional symptoms like above what I mentioned. The above symptoms are not there previously now since 1 month I am facing this.
I am taking medication for depression since one and half year.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
All the symptoms you have mentioned are suggestive of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
You take Iladac-L once daily before breakfast for 4 weeks. Also take Mucaine 10 ml whenever you get the symptoms.
In addition to medications lifestyle modifications are also important for complete relief.
1. Avoid coffee, citrus, chocolates, carbonated beverages, fatty food/spicy food/masala
2. Avoid eating full stomach. Instead eat multiple smaller meals
3. Go to bed at least 2-3 hours after food.
4. Avoid tight fitting clothes
These measures would provide good relief.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
