Hello again.

The description written is not comprehensible. I could not understand the writing of the individual that wrote this.

Hello again. I have answered your question in the previous query. I will re paste it here in case that was not posted to you.
Karbofin contains plant extracts and charcoal. It is used in mild to moderate dyspepsia. Duspatalin retard is mebeverine which is an anti spasmodic. Both Karbofin and Duspatalin retard are used in the management of irritable bowel syndrome.
As suspected the treatment for GERD (Gastro esophageal reflux disease) is inadequate and needs to be revisited. Karbofin and Duspatalin retard will not adequately suppress the acid produced in your stomach. You need to be on PPIs along with the adjuvant treatment that I explained in the previous answer.
Wishing you best of health
Thanks

Hello,
I researched GERD and it seems like the number one symptom is heartburn and acid reflux but I don't suffer from that.
Could it be another disease?
Thank you

Hello again.
Sorry for the late reply. Was stuck in a 14 hour ER shift duty.
The bloating can signify delayed gastric emptying. Barium studies can be advised. The hashimotos and hormone therapy also has a role that can affect this outcome. There is a possibility of an alternate cause. You should ideally consult a gastroenterologist regarding this.
