Brief Answer:
GERD / gastritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting the query.
I have gone through your medical history in detail.

Such kind of pain usually occurs in cases of GERD (Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease). If the pain occurs specifically after taking food, then there is a possibility of an early gastric/duodenal ulcer. This causes radiating pain in the above mentioned areas.

I would suggest you to consult a gastroenterologist and get upper gastroendoscopy done to confirm the diagnosis.

Antacids with pre/probiotic tablets will be helpful.Avoid spicy and junk food.

Intercostal neuritis and nerve compression in the neck vertebra should also be kept in mind.

I hope the answer was useful.

Feel free to ask me any follow up queries that you may have.

Thank you.
Best wishes.
