Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist.
I have gone through the reports you have uploaded.
Report suggest that She is having Chronic Hepatitis C with Genotype 3. Report do suggest that liver disease has not advanced to cirrhosis, and it is only heptitis.
Viral load whatever it may be don't suggest any severity.
So what I will recommend for her is antiviral for which you should discuss with your doctor. Since hepatitis C can lead to progression of liver disease so antiviral are to be started as soon as possible.
I hope I have answered your query and this will help you . Wish you a good health
