Suggest Treatment For IBS
Question: Hi,
I am suffering from IBS of type dirrehea and Gynaec disorder (like heavy bleeding along with pain for last 1 year). I am taking modus 10 for 6-7 months.It is somehow in stable condition to some extent. For last 3-4 months IBS problem is getting relapsed. So doctor prescribed Zosert 25, Pankreoflat. FYI I have taken Psycho drugs for 2 yrs ,2-3 yrs back for reducing anxiety and these drugs started to produce toxic effect and so stopped. But right now doctor has prescribed zosert which affecting my gynaec problem. So pls suggest an alternative of zosert ,still I am facing stomach upset,uneasiness. So doctor prescribed Hydrogen Breath Test. pls suggest whether the process of treatment is right. Also pls suggest the proper medication guidence.

So after that gynaec problem started now again IBS. So upper and lowe abdomen is giving lot of problems....rt now Gastro entarologist prescribed Plankreflat, zosert 25. But zosert is creating problem. so I stopped taking zosert. I take alzolam .5 at night. If i feel anxious increase dosage of alzolam.Rt now my digestion power is becoming worsen. So doc suggested for hydrogen breath test. pls suggest what to do now so that i can get better treatment for upper abdomen and lower abdomen. I am suffering from both problem severly. Nothing i can take and digest. eat less spicy oods. Still not recovering. Pls suggest so that it can be healed.

It is sad you are suffering from from multitude of problems.
My first suggestion is manage your stress levels and go for yoga or meditation this will help treating IBS. Feeling stressed would not solve your problem and aggravates the problem and that is the nature of IBS. Let me assure you that the treatment is according to standards.
No medicine is full proof for management for IBS but some medicines do work in controlling symptoms. Take a good probiotic drugs twice a day for a minimum of three weeks. Your doctor can suggest the local brand of probiotic for you. I suggest to continue Modus 10.
And in place of Zosert I suggest you should talk to your doctor about changing it to Fluoxitine 20 mg.

Thing is I am not feeling stressed right now and also for last 1 year it is reduced. But may be my subconscious mind is streessed or depressed which is also told by consulting doctor. I am not feeling that unfortunately. Also I am undergoing medication ,yoga.
Still not recovering. Can you pls tell me one thing is modus 10 enhancing IBS problem#? Already 7-8 cycles I have taken Modus 10. Thinking to withdraw it to check the normal streamline. Is that fine#?
FYI I am taking Alzolam 0.5 one tab at night for last 1 and half year. To withdraw the psychiatric drug(Olimelt 2.5 and Nexito forte) I have replaced that with Alzolam 0.5 as psychiatric drug started to produce lot of toxic effects. So is Alzolam not working fine for me#?
Last year as I told you taken so many drugs for my gynaec problem . As a consequence upper abdomen problem started(Is it so#?). Nothing is digested. Metabolism disorder increased.
Another question it would be fine if you suggest what I should not eat. A diet chart will be helpfull.

Hi Doctor,
Can u give me a suggestion regarding FISSURE. Because 3 months bk blood came out for 6-7 days. It was stopped for couple of months. But today again blood drops came out once. Is there any remedy other than surgery. Also I am feeling uncomfortable at rectum .Light painful and burning rectum with external haemaroids. Min 3 times stools comes out everyday on an average. So today again blood came. Pls suggest for the same.
