
Suggest Treatment For IBS

I fist though I had picked up a STD as I have also developed swollen glands every now and them but all tests have come out negative. Colonoscopy also done - nothing found.
Now when I eat my nose starts to run and always tired and moody. Have also had candida twice in last 7 years that I know of. I am now trying a candida cleanse diet as I do not know what to do anymore... Please can you give me some guidance

You seem to be suffering from multiple disease syndrome.
Lets start with STD which may be root cause of all your other problem.
Please give details of treatment taken till date and are you taking any thing for swollen glands.
What all treatment taken for IBS and at present your treatment regime.
Your running nose while eating may be a simple mouth and nose irritation by smell or spices.
When did you last got your liver function test or any other test report of recent past will help me to advice you in a better way.
Candida cleanse diet will surely help you in curing infection.
Please furnish what ever details even may not be important for you can give some clue
to me.

Thanks for providing some information. I have gone through the attachment you have provided.
There is minor deficiencies, may be because of irritable bowel syndrome.It does not require any medication for the same.
Please make sure you take proper diet, full of protein and vitamin.You may take multivitamin supplements as well.
Must drink plenty of oral fluids.
Curd is supposed to be very helpful in these type of cases.
Your running nose while eating can be just a local irritation.
If you still have enlarged, and multiple glands, consult your doctor for an excisional biopsy, establish a diagnosis, if at all this reaction of some chronic thing or not.
