I have been constantly dizzy and also imbalance when I move my head. Having double vision. I'm about 90% deaf on my right which is the problem ear. Feeling tired so I have to take short naps about 3 or 4 times a day. Right now my doctor is giving me
Triamterene/HCTZ 37.5-25 once a day and Lipo-flavonoid 1 - 3xdaily

Hearing loss is usually present in menieres. Please tell me hearing loss in your case is accompanying the disease or was it present earlier too?
The field defect of vision is not a feature of menieres, so I would suggest you to consult an ophthalmologist or get a MRI head and inner ear done. This will definitely help in a better diagnosis.
The general body weakness is also due to some other reason.
Get a thyroid function test done and blood sugar levels done.
Also get a renal function test done.
For imbalance start taking tablet betahistine 16 mg three times a day.
Avoid excess salt usage in diet.
Avoid alcohol and smoking too.
Meneires can be managed medically as well as surgically if medical management fails.
Follow up with the required information so that I can suggest you better.
Continue with the medicines and start taking tablet betahistine.
Wishing you a speedy recovery.
