Brief Answer:
need certain details

Detailed Answer:
Hai,
Thanks for Consulting us.

According to WHO, Bone density is between 1 and 2.5 SD below the young adult mean (−1 to −2.5 SD) indicated low bone mass.

at this age for a male osteopenia is uncommon.
kindly provide me details for proper guidance.

1.signs and symptoms-what you are suffering from?
2.did you got fracture in past?
3.when did you get diagnosed?
4. any investigation other than T score? like serum calcium, vit D XXXXXXX etc?
5.did you consulted any doctor? what are their inputs and advise?

as many good herbal drugs are there to treat bone problems so i will guide you with proper information.
Kindly get back to me with the above details.

Hello Doc,

Please find below details:
1. No specific signs or symptoms related to this.
2. I never had fracture in the past.
3. I Just checked the Bone density casually in one of the program and come to know about it.
4. Do I need to take any other investigation related to this.
5. I haven't consulted yet to any doctor regarding the same.

As Ayurveda provide a permanent solution rather than temporary relief, I prefer going for Ayurvedic treatment.
What do you suggest regarding this.

Thanks.
Best Regards.

Brief Answer:
easily treatable condition

Detailed Answer:
Hai,
Thanks for your information.
As Bone density test is not a gold standard test to diagnosis osteoporosis.
It is a test to predict whether you can get fracture or not in future.so that you can take steps to make your bone healthy.
Kindly check serum calcium level in lab.
As for as your are free from any bone weakness and pain, no need to worry.
Take more calcium rich food like diary products, you can add fish, meat frequently as your young.
Kindly make expose your body to sunlight preferably in the noon and evening. So that you can get vitamin D production from nature..vitamin D is one of the main component for healthy bone.
Ayurvedic medication:
Bonton granules- 5g with milk once in aday.
Reosto tablet -1 tablet twice a day. After food.

Hope I answered your query. Kindly get back to me if there any clarification.
Thank you
