Brief Answer:
Common in PCOD patients
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic
It is common to have irregular periods in PCOD so nothing much to worry
You took norgest only for 2 days but ideally it is given for at least 3 days.
And in general periods commonly cone after 2-6 days of last pill
So now just wait for a few days and in case you still don't get them then take norgest for at least 5 days.
Take care

Brief Answer:
No alternative needed though
Detailed Answer:
Norgest is fine and will suffice and most likely if taken for 3days in three doses then periods will commence.
Other alternatives are Primolut and Meprate.
In PCOD, taking progesterone pills is the only option and thus should be taken every 2 months so that there are at least 6 periods in an year to maintain good Gynaecological health .
All the best
